Wouldn't it be good if...

When you speak to someone in the Parts dept they actually knew what the fuck you are talking about ?
When you say " I need the small fiddly oil seal that lives on the slave cylinder end of the clutch push rod"
they say 'Yes, in stock' it arrives and its a massive plastic bush.
Repeat the above and an "o" ring arrives big enough to drive a lorry through :smt009 .
After an extensive view of the parts micro fishy thing a "seal ring " was ordered after being told there are no seals in that parts diagram.....
Wouldn't be surprised if a frying pan arrives.....

I used to get that with parts for my old Kwak if I went to the Kawasaki place. If I ordered from somewhere like Wemoto I got exactly what I needed - makes no sense!

Well apart from the fact the guys in the Kwak shop were only interested in selling new bikes........

Just in case you get the frying pan/washing machine seal, have you tried Premier Bikes in Wooton?

I've been lucky (in terms of advice, that is!) talking to their mechanics and getting sound advice

Thanks for that katie, always makes it easier if you can talk to the organ grinder rather than the monkey. Seems I've spoken to a few monkies .
Seal arrived and it is the right one, process of elimination, 3 seals in the Parts list, third choice, right part.......

Look up the part number before ordering.
It doesn't eliminate these issues but it certainly helps.
