I will do what I can to juggle the needs of those who want or need the tanks where I can. 8 fuel tanks may take me up to 16 weeks to do from start to finish if I cannot do them quicker than 2 weeks for each one. I may be able to speed it up if I can batch build sections but 10 working days is about as fast as I have been able to go with the RS250 tanks. So as the mould takes 3 weeks to produce and the resin has been ordered I will be starting in 3 to 4 weeks giving up to about 4 months wait for the last tank.

As I said you guys can sort out the order they are to be made and this will be a lot easier for you all as soon as the first one is made and we have a baseline time for them to be made.

Those timings are useful - I'll come up with a provisional plan with some contingency built in for the possibility that over that time you might have to squeeze some other stuff in (like holidays or something) or there are one or two unforeseen delays and hopefully, we'll end up with a plan.

If there are those that have not yet paid their deposits, please do so - and any who have not expressed the dates before which they don't need the tank or the dates by which they must have it, please do so.

Ok guys the tank is with Guru Vick. He has seen some variation from D-Riders tank which will need some refinement and possibly some car body filler on the underside of the tank (just normal manufacturing differences). But after 3 hours with him today and going over every mm of the tank, I think he is looking forward to starting. The tooling materials are now due to be with him mid week next week.

Ok D-Rider.. can you do one more little list of those who have had their tanks now and who is left..

I can just tick the last ones off now about one per week (to the painter for lacquer) Then get them out of the door.. I have two almost ready (not including the one with the flaw) So it is only 2 more to go...

Those for whom their tanks are still "in process" -some of which are just about there:

* Firestarter (Mark)
* Mangocrazy (Graham)
* Spiderwheels (David)
* Squishbang (David)

Cool. I will check. Firestarter's tank is with the painter right now. Mangocrazy's tank is being leak tested at the moment so should be sorted after the easter break.

Spiderwheels tank will be started next week and I hope should be with the painter mid week the following week. I can then get Squishbang's done for the week after that and then it will just be chasing the painter to get it back to me..
