abba stands
Picked one up this morning. Wow! How much easier is that. Much much better than my old padock stand. Feels more secure and I don't need to shout for Mrs Nero to steady the bike while lifting / lowering.

Did yours come with the optional blonde swedish singer or the brunette?
Better still the adapters for the falco also fit my VJ21 RGV. Bonus!

I bought it second hand off eBay. With the fitting kit (£21) they are over a ton new. I paid £40 for it which I thought was a bargain as it's in great condition. Then purchased the fitting kit from the abba website.Dalemac wrote:I'll need one of these if i pick up a mille swing arm.
Where was the best place to buy from?

That also explains the lack of swedish singer. The original owner must have kept her for himself!
The engine was hot when the pic was taken and the oil level is above the fairing. If anything it could do with a little draining out. Or is that what you meant?

I have a similar one can't recall the make but its not Volvo or anything vaguely Nordic it is bloody good though
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Nooj of Shinybike fame and ong time unheard of member of this very forum, had some Abba tribute stands. I've got on they work fine and take the standard Abba fittings. He can more often be found on the book of faces.Dalemac wrote:I'll need one of these if i pick up a mille swing arm.

Actually, if you Google "ultipro stand" and search on images, some of the first pics that pop up are avery standard looking Falco on said stand ..... I can't have had the bike long when those were taken!
