Air filters
well.. renegade ones...
Burn greeny blue when they catch fire.
Jus' saying...
Luckily my panic only extended to 'Adam.. do me a favour n pass me that fire extinguisher mate.....'
One burnt filter, one melted set of velocity stacks and a phonecall from the HAC to ridicule me and all is relatively well in the Squadron garage again.
May have to phone the Griffmeister tomorrow and discuss Injectors.. Think my rear one has been feckled.. and has allowed the biggest backfire thru the TB's known to man..
LUCKILY the plastic tank hasnt been damaged..

I have some 54mm velocity stacks for sale and if i get the amount i want i will throw in some 54mm throttle bodies and a power commander
Tolerance will be our undoing.
Naah.. It doesnt deserve 54's yet.
If it actually ran for more than two days without trying to turn into a BSB Ducati I might.
It, however has a different time appreciation to me, so it's getting sod all spent on it other than standard parts. it's about half a breath away from being thrown on Ebay which would then let me buy a proper Mk1 Mille.

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

A while back I miss timed the valves of my Ducati 160 when i first built it. Fired up yes but not as intended....As the flames licked around the petrol tank I thought what am I going to do,the whole garage is about to go up. In desperation I blew them out....
Phew!
