Perished coolant hose

Thought about taking this job on myself, but will gladly take advice.
On my shlep through Europe last year the small hose hiding behind the bottom of the offside panel split. A get me home cure was to gaffer it up with electrical tape and bizarrely it's holding strong, no sign of leaks. However I have another Euro trip coming up and would like to replace it.
It's this small bit of pipe linking the two bits of the coolant bottle (ignore yellow circles from google image):

Is it standard pipe you can buy anywhere and cut to fit?
Apologies for numpty question
