Running lean?

On changing the spark plugs I found the front two to be sooted up therefore running rich and the rear two to show signs of running lean i.e sandy coloured electrodes.

So what's the problem and where's the fix?

Think I know the answer but you lot can get yer post counts up by confirming what I probably already know.

Erm... throttle body synch ?? :smt017

That's more of a guess than an expert opinion - unless it's right of course :smt003

You could try putting one of the plugs that's running lean in with one that's running rich and they will ballance each other out :smt002

wheelie more. the soot will fall to the back of the engine that way. :smt002

Don't worry, now you've got the Rene air box on, you'll blow off all the soot. :smt004

I think you need to twist the go a bit harder and open the 2nd stage.
