Hi all,

Took my wheels off to get powder coated a few days ago, put everything in a chronological row, no probs. Had wheels back, went to put it on noticed that there was no RH Spacer :smt013 Live alone, so no bratt's to mess my stuff up, and I don't think I have fairies :smt017

Wondering if there was one on there at all. On the Yorkshire Aprilia site defo one there on the pic! Have I lost my mind, or do I have a different spindle on there, it is a 2001/2 model....

Help :smt010

Warranty yeah rite!

The right spacer is on the side of the hexagonal nut and should have a shoulder to it there is a spacer shown in the parts catalogue for the left but I think it fits inside the bearing. Haven’t taken the wheel out for ages but I thought that the spindle acts as the spacer on the left side. But check it out I speak from experience from leaving spacers out you really don’t want to go there. :smt018

Just had my wheels powder coated also, and there is no spacer on the near side of mine.
The only spacer goes on the nut end as stated in the last post.

Thankx Falken + John1000,

Thought I was going crazy :smt017 Tore my kitchen apart looking for a spacer that didn't exist! Bike in kitchen don't ask :smt003 Point to note, went onto the aprilia yorkshire site, and saw a spacer for the Left Side (sitting on bike) so was totally confused :smt017

Defo, no spacer in my kitchen....can now put my shiney new wheels back on, thank god :smt004 Ready for a blast later on.

Cheers,

Warranty yeah rite!
