Torque Settings from the Aprilia Falco Workshop Manual

I would recommend you always check the manual for specific assembly or torquing procedures (such as for the steering stem bearings)

120 Nm.

The downloadable searchable PDF on Martin Poll's site has all the info.

Thanks for posting the link Graham - we're certainly going to have to get the hosting of images sorted on here!

Would there be sufficient space on the hosting server to have an image store for uploaded photos? That way they shouldn't ever go missing.

That's the plan.

Kwackerz had webspace and gave me the details ages ago to stick stuff on there .... only I never got round to it.
I tried it again not long ago and couldn't access it.
I've left a message for him on the Admin part of the forum but I guess he's been busy of late.

Once we can get on to it, we'll begin to get it sorted. For Tech forum info (manuals, suspension guide, pics etc) will event find their way on to it.

Excellent stuff. That way you're not at the mercy of picture-hosting services and individuals use of same. It means we should have a resource that (hopefully) remains accessible well into the future.

When we've got it sorted I'll stick some more pics up of my (high speed) trip around the Highlands of Scoooortland.

Nice one... :smt023
