Hi all,
My bike will need it's 9k service while away so doing it this week. Will I need some gaskets for when I check the valve clearance or should the old ones come apart ok?
cheers,

Think mine came away OK last time Griff did the valves. They're generally a re-usable part these days aren't they?

They are rubber gaskets so completely reuseable (unless they have perished).
One tip (from bitter experience) - watch some of the bolts holding the cam covers on, especially the front one behind the radiators. The one on mine had seized and decided to shear off flush with the face of the head- took a lot of drilling and coaxing to remove.
