Swingarm, Suspension Linkage, Wheel & Steering Bearings

Swingarm & Suspension Linkage:
... just in case anyone needs to know what bearings are fitted to the swinger so you can source them somewhere cheaper than your Aprilia dealer, I've just replaced the bearings in the Mille swinger that I'm fitting.
The bearings used in the Falco and Mille swingers and linkages are the same.
Swingarm:
The pair of ball races (#1 in the picture) are SKF 61904
The big roller bearing (#11 in the picture) is a Torrington HK3026
Linkage:
The roller bearings for the linkage {2 in the swinger and 4 in the dog bone} (#2 in the picture above) are Torrington HK1812V. These are "full compliment" bearings - packed with rollers and no cage and are better for high load, low speed applications ... and are hard to source .... I couldn't get them and have fitted some caged rollers. I'll keep my eye on them and see how they do.

Wheel Bearings (Brembo wheels):
Front Wheels Bearings {2 required} (#11 in the picture above) are SKF 6005-2RS1/C3
Front Wheel Seals {2 required} (#10 in the picture above) are 30x47x7 R21
Rear Wheels Bearings {2 required} (#19 in the picture above) are 6205-2RSR-C3 FAG
Rear Wheel Seal {1 required} (#15 in the picture above) - Sorry don't know this one
Sprocket Carrier Bearings {2 required} (#23 in the picture above) are 6006-2RSR-C3 FAG
Sprocket Carrier Seal {1 required} (#21 in the picture above) is 38x52x7 R23
Steering Stem Bearings:
Steering Stem Bearings {2 required} (#1 in the picture above) SF07A22PX1 NTN

Hi guys any update as to the part number for the rear wheel dust seal, #15 in the diagram. Am trying to find parts cheaper elsewhere as Aprlia's prices are a rip off. This topic has helped me with the other bits but just need the dust seal number to complete the wheel build.

Looking at the shock linkage #2 bearings (Torrington HK1812V), are these the same?

One more thing, how do you get them out? I was thinking about using the vice and a socket, but there's the oil seals (1) and I'm a bit confused :/
How do you pull them out?

No - those are the caged bearings (the ones that are reasonably easy to find - they were the only ones I could find when I looked ages ago). The ones you really want are the full compliment versions that shootmyscoot posted up.

Can't remember - depends on the dog bone and swingarm housings as to whether they will drift through, you will need a puller or cut them out.
How bad are the needle-rollers? do the really need replacing or would repacking be sufficient?

If your very careful, you can remove the seals with a blunt screwdriver blade but personally, I wouldn't spoil the ship for a 'ha'p'orth of tar. If your replacing bearings then not replacing the seals is a no-brainer IMO

Basically, I had a proper look at my linkage bearings... and one needle is missing
I needed to change to the standard shock/linkage when the bike was away for repairs, so the RSV linkage sits on the shelf now.
No idea if it was like this earlier or it just fell out when I was taking it out

..... so maybe you could nick a needle out of the linkages that you won't be fitting?

How to read: "SKF / INA / Freudenberg Simrit / Nadella" are the respective Manufacturers, "IT / DE / FR / BG / AT / IN" etc are the country of production of the part, "type" is the exact model from that manufacturer i.e. "6006-2RSH/C3" for a SKF 6006 contact closed double-lip +++ rated dust, high pressure / static water & grease retention and + rated water exclusion ball bearing, DIN = indicates the Deutsche Industrie Norm material & design spec number. Aprilia part reference numbers in brackets starting with "AP", "x2" for two items to be ordered for the application.
- Front gear lever ball joint M6, DE, type DIN71802-10-M6L-CS, left-handed thread, I'm getting three of them (2 as spare) - (AP8110053) x1, this is almost certainly worn on most bikes. Cost: €1.44... The rear one will be replaced by an entire Gilles Tooling titanium rearset with a GIKFR06 rod end ball bearing
- Shock linkage: - 6 needle bearings Nadella DE type DL1812 18x24x12 full needle type (no cage!) (AP8110065) x6, Oil seal ring INA AT G18x24x3-B (AP8110068) x6. These are often in an awful condition if you do some riding in rain, it's the 2nd time I'm doing these...
- Swingarm, Mille 98-03 / same for Falco: Ball bearings SKF FR type 61904-2RS1 20x37x9 (AP8110079) x2, INA DE needle bearing with cage type HK3026 (AP8110078) 1x, still need to find out the exact type of gasket ring, O-rings and circlips (will re-edit)
- Front wheel (OZ or Brembo, same): Ball bearing SKF IT type 6005-2RSH/C3 25x47x12 (AP8110094) x2, Gasket rings Freudenberg Simrit IT 30x47x7 BASL 72NBR902 (AP8125841) x2, Snap ring DIN 472 Seeger-Orbis IN J047x1,75 d47 (AP 8125842) x1
- Rear wheel (OZ or Brembo, same): Ball bearing SKF BG type 6205-2RSH/C3 25x52x15 (AP8110093) x2, Gasket Ring Freudenberg Simrit CZ 38x52x7 BASL 72NBR902 (AP8125838) x1, Snap ring DIN472 Seeger-Orbis DE 52x2.00 d52 (AP8125839) x1,

- Clutch: Ball Bearing SKF IT type 16004 20x42x8 (AP0632130) x1
All these items add up to a whopping €186.-
However, it would have probably been thousands if I'd order everything with Aprilia...
PS: As for the steering stem head, I am converting from the original SF07A22PX1 NTN ball bearing to a Koyo roller bearing kit.

Does anyone know the sizes of the O rings and gasket in the swinger (parts 14 and 16).

Big Sweaty Bollox...
Ohlins shock upgrade going in (AT LAST) and discovered that not only is there quite a lot of forward / back play in the needle bearings in dogleg but that the tube that fits into the housing on the swingarm was almost seized and on removal the needle bearing fell to pieces...
On closer examination it appears that NO fugin SEALING RINGS were fitted on the shock linkage AT ALL - thanks
So I can see where to get the Torrington rollers from but does anywhere sell the seals and 'gudgeon pins' seperately, please?

Oh yes, suggestions of how to fit the rollers without removing the swingarm much appreciated....
Freezing the rollers overnight maybe?
