I assume the numbers in bold are the outside diameter, inside diameter and depth respectively. EPDM is the material (necessary for clutch fluid).

An alternative to Aprilia's (pricey) clutch slave seal has been sourced:

Its possible to do a quick repair if anyone gets stuck for this part, my seal started leaking at 10k I stripped the cylinder cleaned out all the muck removed the seal carefully and applied a small amount of packing using plumbers tape in the grove..don't over do it..
The result was very good and despite getting a new seal I never did fit it
sold the bike with over 35k ish millage never leaked again.
