Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I use Rock Oil (Sigma) semi, works like a treat on a 2001 bike.

He rides an old one and some of them have clutch slip issues with fully synth.

Newer Falcos seem to be fine with fully synth though.

Sorry - can't answer your question - not changed my own oil yet. First 2 years it was dealer serviced to ensure no warranty worries - last year it was done by a dealer as I was short of time and it was a valve check service.
I'm only a few hundred miles off my next service - which I'll do myself .... so I have the same question !

Motul for the last two years of home servicing. No problems on my 2004, well.. no oil-related problems anyway :smt004

I have a long-standing preference for Motul oils. Mine will bathe in semi-synthetic 5100V 15-50W from now on. As found here:

Yes - the 300V is pretty much WSBK spec. I know that John Hackett used to use that in his BSB bikes, anyway.

300V is way OTT for our bikes.
