How much does a replacement cost, or is it possible to have the frame re jigged?
Brand new the main frame costs £2359.49 in silver or £2221.18 in black.Gio wrote:How much does a replacement cost, or is it possible to have the frame re jigged?
Its a friend who has been looking at one, its apparently got a big ding in the offside top spar (flattened about 4 inches or so) he's been told he can have it for £2100 (its an 02) sight as seen. BTW its got 15,340 miles on the clock.Okamoto wrote:All depends on the severity of the damage gio ....but most can be repaired...I used the place below a few years ago on an old Norton frame and the result was good ...only after jigging it had to be repainted in places ....so in doing so it may take some laquer off the falco frame and may be hard to match up.....unless planing to highly polish it![]()

No I'm not, I've only got 4k miles on my BMW and I'm not allowed any more bikes, after just buying my son's Thundercat (trackday use only)D-Rider wrote:Brand new the main frame costs £2359.49 in silver or £2221.18 in black.Gio wrote:How much does a replacement cost, or is it possible to have the frame re jigged?
Frame
Why do you ask Gio? .... are you being drawn towards Falco ownership and have your eyes set on a crashed one?
Clearly, there's no way anyone is going to shell out that sort of money on a new frame - if the old one can't be straightened, buy secondhand ... or buy a better example of a Falco for not much cash .....
You selling yours?falcomunky wrote:Try this;

I think the technology has moved on since then most alloy frames can be completely repaired at reasonable cost have a look here.
