TYRES: Which would you choose?
Now that I have got my mits on my falco I'm thinking about improvements and one of the first will have to be a new set of tyres, I wondered what has been found to be the best set of hoops for the Falco? your opinions/advice would be appreciated.

Corsa III for road and track fun, Mez6 for touring/commuting duties.

+1 for conti here as well - long lasting, good in wet and dry
I would listen to the other folks though, and be advised - perhaps consider the different riding styles?
a commuter will have different thoughts than a track day hooligan for instance

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Don't keep track of the milage I get out of them, I just replace them as and when. CorsaIII have lasted me for a tour of Europe and a bit more (I'm just killing them off now) Mez6 lasted longer, but I gave them an easier time anyway as they were used more in the cold and wet.

6000 plus on my conti's
I will be replacing them this summer - but still have good tread left :)
(not much on the sides though... I really should stop pissing off the rice burners on the corners....!)

Have to agree with Andy - Diablo Rosso
I've stuck to Bridgstone in the past (010's & 014's) and have always been pleased with them - but the Rosso's turn so easily they're a revelation. Haven't had chance to try the wet grip yet though.

The ride is the reason ........ the destination is just the excuse.
I previously ran Diablo Stradas - I got 5,500 from a rear and about 7,500 (or maybe a bit more) from the front.
When I had the Rosso fitted, the chap who fitted it (who does a lot of work for people on the local forum - so I trust his comments more than most) reckoned I'd get about the same from a set of Rossos.
That being said, I'd sacrifice some mileage for the improved grip and handling of the Rossos (and I thought the Stradas were good) .... can't wait to wear out my rear Strada so that I've a pair of Rossos.
