Caponord -Mille swingarm conversion possible?

Lifted from the ever interesting Aprilia RiderSite Archives: Some good food for thought for the Capo rider?! But why stop at the swingarm? Suuupermooootoooo!!!! Mille wheels and tyres?! Heck, drop the full Sp lump and electronics in it too. Why Go Caponord when you can go Hardnord...

Aprilia make something similar - the CapoNord
so a quick visit to the Aprilia website lets me see what it looks like, not the prettiest thing in the world.
The swingarm, however, looks extremely similar to the Falco's original ... so in keeping with this site I need to plant the idea to any CapoNord rider that a Mille swingarm may fit the CapoNord.
If my back gets the better of me and I do go the CapoNord route I will keep you all posted but to be honest there is little I would swap the Falco for even if it does mean regular trips to the Chiropractor

Tuono perhaps? More upright and oh so pretty! (race coloured one) Or, fit normal bars to the Falco to give the same effect
the Futura - especialy the fast blue ones!
That's excluding the even faster Red ones.
I'm seriously considering getting a Capo as a second bike (02 bikes going for about £3.5k).
I am planning a fairly long trip next summer, and don't think I will be able to do it on the Falco. It's a 5k trip over two weeks around the Baltic Sea with a detour to the North Cape. Hoping for June next year after TT.
Since the North Cape is on the route, it HAS to be a Caponord.
I'm still researching and planning this, but if anyone fancies it, give me a shout.

Something I had though of a while back. Would need a single side exhaust too to really show it off well. Would it drop straight in like the RSV arm?

Now this was discussed a while back on the AF1 forum. One of the guys on there went as far as buying a Futura swingarm and shipping it to the USA.
... not sure he ever finished it - from what I remember he couldn't get something apart and was stuck until he solved that problem. (Think it may have been that it came with the rear wheel attached and he couldn't remove it .... but I can't be certain).
I can't even remember who it was doing this .... damn .... old age must be catching up with me .... I'll be needing a rack on the back of the Falco to transport my Zimmer frame if I get much worse!

It works futura to rsv so no reason it shouldnt work the other way. Theres actually a thread up on af1 atm about it with pictures that i cant link to so heres the post :

The futura arm doesnt look as bad as I remember, must be the vfr I'm thinking about. Only downside I can see is the futura wheel is 5.5 inches compared to 6" on the falco.
Hmmmmm, maybe I can convince myself that my trackbike needs it even though its heavier. Would make changing wheels easier i suppose and I could always buy oz rims to equal it out :)

You could also use a VFR swingarm if you have the balls to (I've been neutered
)
