Indicator spacing?

I met up with Viking and the Melbourne Aprilia boys last night. A bit of info that came my way was that the standard UK rear indicators may not be far enough apart ot meet Australia guidelines.
I checked the regs and they need to be at least 300mm apart.
I reckon the front will be fine, but I'd appreciate anyone with a standard rear end (unlikely I know) taking a quick measurement between their rear blinkers to put my mind at rest or send me off cap in hand for some spacers

Let me check my Falco this weekend - it has the stock indicators on it, though.

Where are we supposed to measure to Dale?
- A) Centre of the lenses?
B) Closest edge of the lenses?
C) Other?
Bike's outside in the car park - I'll try to find something to measure it with and pop down later.

OK Dale, been out to measure it
IN THE COLD PISSING RAIN (do you remember that?!)
Dimensions are only claimed to be approximate but probably only the odd few mm out I guess:

Erm..... are you telling us, Mr D Rider, that you still have standard indicators on your bike ?

Nothing wrong with that ..... although I do have plans .... but there are so many other things that I've actually got the bits for that I haven't done yet .....
You'll be laughing at my standard exhausts next

Now that's what I call a "D-Rider reply", I'll put my tape measure away then.
Can't believe the bit about may be a few mm out though, you're slipping Andy! Must have been the wind and heavy rain.
Sadly I'm another one with standard indicators Dale. Just can't get on with tiny quick flashing things that cant be seen, modded most other things though.
I'm also a bit sad on the swingarm side as well, with the black Falco's silver frame spars, the existing swing arm matches it better in my view, although I love banana swingarms in general.
Hope the Falco gets its clearance soon mate, so you can get it out in all that nasty weather.

I now have three standard indicators after gracefully sliding onto the verge last night - there was that much slippery shite on the road I honestly thought I had a puncture in my front tyre.
Anyway, luckily as I said I landed on the verge so nothing seems to actually be damaged apart from a small crack in the mid fairing and one snapped of indicator

Cheers Andy, that should get a pass in Oz. The regs do saythey need to be 300mm part, but I would think that as long as centres meet that they should be ok.
The up side of Victoria's rules are that once I have my roadworthiness certificate I never need to got another one (unles plod get grumpy and send me for one), so no more taking mods off for MOT's

If it doesn't get through, you could just knock up a couple of 20mm thick spacers and junk them after the inspection - won't really matter what you make them from if they're just there for a one off.
