Hoping someone can help ..ive put new indicators on my falco standard bulb ones not led 12v/23w ..I thought they had blown the flasher relay unit but after buying a new one the indicators still dont flash and i can hear a clicking noise could it be the diode module ??? if not any suggestions

The Falco takes a 10w bulb if I recall correctly, not the usual 23w
I ordered some 10w ones from M&P for my mini indicators, oddly enough though I still have to fit resistors into the rear indicator wires to get the correct flash rate (didn't need any on the front).

you wouldn't believe how hard it was to find 4 amber bulbs 12v 10w as the bulbs are only 8.8mm wide . Had to order from slovakia

Are these the BA9S bulbs? I got mine from M&P but their website isn't working this morning so I can't check they still have them.
Make sure you keep a few spares, from Slovakia you'll be looking at 3 long days for replacements.

I can get the clear bulbs from a few places but the bulbs i need are amber colour and are thin not like the standard shaped bulbs and they have to be 10wat which makes it very hard to find them as all the ones this side of the pond are 23watt

You could go with the more normal 23W bulbs and fit a flasher unit designed for them

Where's the fun in that, I had much more fun wiring in loads of different type resistors until I got the flash rate I wanted
I don't suppose you know the part number for this relay do you? I wouldn't mind binning all my resistors and having an empty storage bay for a couple of tinnies

no the head of the bulb is the same thicknes as the silver sleeve

They're the same thing, as long as the head will fit in it's ok, some people make them straight, some make them bulbous.
It's by the by now, your new ones will be here any day, and I bet you paid a lot less carriage than M&P charge.

One of these should do the job:

or you could fit a combination of one 23W bulb and one LED in each circuit, should do the trick.
