Just to add a further twist to this, I rang up Griff today on another topic and while we were chatting, I asked him what the correct torque was for the CCT plug.

20Nm, came Griff's reply...

You pays yer money, you takes yer choice...

Not knocking Griff or anything, but i'll stick to the torque sheet.
