Wheel Spindles and Brakes

#1 Post by fastrider » Wed May 02, 2007 8:04 pm

Hi :smt001

Does anyone know if the Standard Falco Front wheel spindle
fits Mille-R Ohlins front forks please. I ask because have seen on the
web that one was mentioned as ONLY fitting the Ohlins forks and NOT
the standard Sachs ones.

Secondly, is there any real difference in braking power or benefits between
the early 1 pad per PAIR of pistons Brembo's or the later model of 2 pads per pair (1 pad per piston).

Thanks. :smt017

Don't know about the front wheel spindle so can't help there.

the difference of the single and twin pad brakes comes in how hard they bite when first applied after that theres not much between them, you can get similar performance from a set of sintered pads, but if the price is right then give them a go lots have
The problem with common sense is, its not very common
