Seals for Mille/Tuono 4-Pad Callipers

The well documented policy of Brembo to not make service parts available for (most) road callipers has led us to look elsewhere for compatible seals.

This information is for the Mille & Tuono (non-radial) Brembo 4-pad callipers.
(Falcos and early Milles have Brembo 2-pad callipers)

Piston Dust Seals (4 per calliper):

• MBK33.9-39.75-3.1-EP-DST108

Piston Fluid Seals (4 per calliper):

• MBK33.9-38-2-EP-DST108

O-ring sealing between calliper halves (1 per calliper):

• BS803-EP

Just as a rough guide to pricing, a set to re-seal one complete calliper cost £35 + delivery (as of October 2010)
Obviously 2 sets are required to do both callipers.



This information is provided to inform you of what I have discovered through a friendly source in the hydraulics industry. As yet I have not fitted these seals so cannot give any feedback about them being used.
If you decide to source your own seals to service your callipers, then the responsibility is with you to confirm that the part numbers you order are correct and are suitable for the application.
