beep beep toot toot etc - nothing constructive to say except it's been an interesting thread to read beep beep toot toot etc ... nope, no drinking been going on here :smt003

By the way, anyone else keep tooting their hooter everytime they went for the indicator cancel when they first got their Falco? Many red faced moments until I trained my thumb to reach lower :smt019

If the horn does not work either way with either horn then you either have 2 duff horns (unlikely but possible)
Bingo! Many thanks to syltiz and his mate who tested the various circuits only for us to try a 3rd horn and find my brand new horn was also faulty.

Even more thanks for pulling the horn off his scooter so I can get the bike MOT'd. I'm actually getting a bit attached to it.

Parp parp!!!
No problem mate, glad we got it sorted for ya

I had the same problem. Those old enough to remember jap cars in the 70`s which had their indicator stalks on the rhs of the steering column, i was always switching the lights on when i turned right or left, they must have done it to confuse the enemy, it worked.

oh and my old BSA and Laverdas, with a rhs gear lever, hitting the rear brake to change gear and trying to brake with the gear lever! I think though by and large a convention now exists thank god. Just dont buy an Madras Enfield.
