Rearset options

#1 Post by danowat » Sat Jun 09, 2007 9:08 am

After my trip to the ring, I could really do with some adjustable rearsets, so that I can move them up on the track, or when I am "on it", and move them down so I can try an avoid thrombosis on longer stints.

So, what options are availble for the Falco?, do any other bikes rearsets fit?, or do they need to be specific for the Falco?

Working on the same thing!
Bought a cheap set of RSV 04 stock ones and gonna make plates with threaded holes for adjustment.

Think that Gilles makes (made?) a set.

Maybe a set designed for first gen RSV will fit?

Gilles have a loverly new design out but dunno if falcos listed

And I saved a shortcut from the af1 site about motobitz that will do a falco one if you ask, thanks to one of the members sorting it out http://www.motobits.com/ Look better than the old gilles but not as nice as the new ones.

!e gen would fit BUT! there are some adjustments needed to the master brake etc.
Look to a RSV an judge, can be adapted quite easily.

Second thing is if you add 1e gen shift stuff you get reversed "GP" shifting.
