what you want are the original oz wheels - BEFORE aprilia bought the company

the following data is known:

3. Aprilia RSV Mille RR-1000R NERA OZ-Magnesium front: 3,10 Kg
4. Aprilia RSV Mille RR-1000R NERA OZ-Magnesium rear: 4,30 Kg

5. Aprilia RSV Mille RR-1000R Factory OZ-forged front: 3,40 Kg
6. Aprilia RSV Mille RR-1000R Factory OZ-forged rear: 5,00 Kg

7. Aprilia RSV Mille ME Mille R OZ-forged front: 3,40 Kg
8. Aprilia RSV Mille ME Mille R OZ-forged rear: 5,20 Kg

9. Aprilia RSV Mille Tuono Racing OZ-forged front: 3,59 Kg
10. Aprilia RSV Mille Tuono Racing OZ-forged rear: 5,37 Kg

11. Aprilia RSV Mille RR-1000R 06 und Tuono 06 OZ-cast front: 4,90 Kg
12. Aprilia RSV Mille RR-1000R 06 und Tuono 06 OZ-cast rear: 7,50 Kg

13. Aprilia RSV Mille Brembo 5 Spokes cast front: 4,20 Kg
14. Aprilia RSV Mille Brembo 5 Spokes cast rear: 6,70 Kg

BST Carbon front: 2.6 Kg
BST Carbon rear: 4.15 Kg (approx)
there you go

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

They didn't buy the company (AFAIK OZ are still in production), they bought the patterns/licence and made them themselves. Just not as well...

The stamps look like this on the early OZ wheels -
(Btm right hand side stamp, the sticker was added later!) -

But I am not sure how you tell the different early magnesium OZ wheels apart. :smt017

(i.e. SP or heavier Nera, although I would not think there were many Nera wheels around, hence on eBay).

I am pretty certain that mine are the lighter SP wheels.
