screwdriver question

(on behalf of a work colleague)
does anyone know the name of a six pointed screwdriver, the star shaped ones, she needs to go into a DIY shop and ask for one, alternatively look on ebay

I'd go with Torx as well, although I've never seen a actual "torx" screwdriver, she'll need to know the size to ask for T15 - T20 etc.....

Maplin's have a set (handle with all the bits) it's not a pozidrive she's looking for?

I believe there's also a security Torx, with a hole up the middle of the bit.

There is - I have both Torx and Security Torx bits
Maplins do one with the bits

rather than the actual tools which has a good selection of about 20-30 various heads you need another screwdriver head for the bits if that makes sense.
We had to get me some for work as the server's apparently use similar sizes to the VW Golf

I've got a nice set of Torx screwdrivers. They came with the tool kit which was part of a laser cutting machine at my old works.. Thing is, the machines didn't have a single Torx fastener on them.. So they became mine by default
