Got a Falco tank to experiment with, anyone know what the weird stuff inside it is (no, not petrol, the gooey looking stuff that's actually set hard all over the inside)?

Also... Would the stuff you slosh around inside metal tanks to seal them work in a plastic tank?

Petseal is the stuff I've used on rusty metal tanks - not sure if its OK with plastic.
