Anyone know a good machinist?

For a project im working on with a friend...

The near-side engine casing also houses the water pump. Exiting the water pump is a brass nipple which screws into the engine casing, its very much a large version of a caliper bleed nipple. It has broken off flush with the engine casing and all efforts to extract is have failed. In fact we have only damaged the soft alloy of the engine cover somewhat.

I want to send the engine cover off to a machinist who can bascially drill out the remaining brass bits and re-thread the hole. Can anyone suggest a machinist?

The aerial photo doesn't look right so they might have moved.
