No the ones you've quoted are for the 4-pad RSV 'R' calipers which will fit on Falcos as an upgrade. The KTM part numbers that correspond to OE Falco fitments are:

58713021000 REPAIR KIT SEAL.-RINGS DUKE 02 £9.63 (Set of seals for one caliper)

58713019000 BRAKE PISTON DUKE 2002 £33.20 (Set of pistons for one caliper)

Just to clarify..

The Brembo/Yoyodene piston/seal kits with the item number of 120279950 DO NOT FIT. They are for the CNC billet p4 3034 as fitted to the gen1 RSV. The main problem being that the pistons are only 16mm deep whereas the Falco standard p4 3034 6800 series are 20mm deep.

Ask me how I know...

Going to have to go the KTM route now definitely only ever order one kit from any single supplier as Mango stated to avoid arousing suspicion.

Yes, powerhouse do the complete seal set for £48. Much cheaper to get them from KTM - £10 a set.

Also, the seals I received from powerhouse don't fit very well, they are definitely not the same size as the originals. I bought them ages and only recently tried to fit them, not even going to bother on that one.

So these'll definitely fit an '05 Falco's Goldlines?

Specifically the seals, including the babby o-ring?

It's a nightmare trying to find these bloody things, and regarding powerhouse, made an order to them for pistons and seals, pistons are fine (wish I'd found this before I ordered!) but the seals aren't well.. sealing - Threw it into a garage in the end as it was starting to irritate thinking either the master cylinder or an airlock I couldn't shift, turns out something isn't right with the afore mentioned seals, soon as the lever is pulled (without clamping the line, it's solid if clamped) air is getting back in from somewhere.

So I assume the smaller o-ring. Hence the original question! :smt003

Yes, KTM part numbers are correct, although that is an old post and prices have increased. This is my post from earlier in the year:

So if you need 2 sets of seals, get 2 x 58713021000 REPAIR KIT SEAL.-RINGS

The little o-ring that seals the two halves of the caliper is NOT included in this kit, the kit only contains seals for the pistons, but in my experience these seals don't fail. They are hidden well away from any road grit and salt and can be re-used many times.

I don't suppose you happen to know the measurements of the o-rings? A bit of looking around tells me 10x2mm (same as the Duke?) but a confirmation from someone in the know would be good on that! :smt003

The old ones weren't in bad shape but I, apparently stupidly, decided to replace them and I'm 99% sure this is the cause of the leak.

If the air is coming in from that o ring you will definitely have fluid leaking from the caliper halves. If so, did you tighten the caliper pinch bolts enough?

If you have no fluid leaking from there then assuming there are no leaks in the lines or bolts then I'd be looking at the piston seals. As mentioned previously the seals proved ed by powerhouse were completely the wrong size for our calipers.

Also, getting them to seal even with the correct seals is a nightmare in its own right, and a misaligned piston will easily be damaged. You really do have to take great care when putting these back together.

I'd echo what Dale says. You need to check very carefully to see if there is a leak, and if so where it's coming from. Do you still have the OE o-ring that seals the two halves? If so, I'd re-fit that. If not I'd buy a new one from KTM. I'm afraid I don't have the dimensions for that.

And I've just checked on bikersjersey.com website and the little o-ring isn't listed as a spare part that's available...

When i ordered my seals and pistons from them they were out of stock too. They had to come from Austria directly, took about an extra week to arrive, so all hope is not lost.

For what its worth, when i did buy the seals from powerhouse these o-ring were included and were actually the right size!

This is a job I'll getting round to soonish, but any ideas on the torque for the caliper clap bolts?

What did you use Mango? and why?

I couldn't find any published torque values for clamping the two halves of the caliper together, so I figured that it would probably be OK to use torque values for a generic M8 bolt into aluminium, which is 15 Nm. This is the bit of the manual:
