Your lucky I have been working on one of the bikes today.
Buy a jet direct from Griff "Aprilia performance" 01827285500 and he sell you one delivered for about £13.
Then remove sprocket cover.
The clutch jet is fitted behind an allen screw which you have to remove.
The jet is located in here.

MAKE SURE YOU BUY A SCREW DRIVER THAT FITS ABSOLUTLEY SPOT ON IN THE SLOTS OF THE NEW JET BEFORE REMOVING THE OLD ONE.
Undo the jet inside the engine and grip the jet with a cocktail stick by pushing the stick inside the hole.

There are a lot of posts about this in the Falco part of the forum - use the search function to help find them :smt002

Also (handy hint) when posting in the general Ridersite forums, it's a good idea to mention what make and model of bike you are talking about

Anyway, hope you get it fitted and notice a good difference. :smt003
