Torque wrench recommendations please

I need,in a hurry a torque wrench starting from around 10 nm, prefer 3/8 drive, so if you have any recommend/ avoid suggestions please shout NOW
ps I cant do Snap On on £ 7ph

I've got a 'Norbar' item. Had for years and have it calibrated every few years depending on use. These days they all seem to be pretty much the same, but the old adage "you get what you pay for" is for certain.
'Micrometer' adjustment seem to be fairly cheap. I wouldn't bother with 'scale' ones.. Just not accurate enough.

I got a cheap one from screwfix last year, only 1/4" drive though

Bought mine from Aldi - good enough for what I need on the bikes.

Thanks all, for what little use it will get, it dont justify mega bucks, read some ok reveiws for a Draper jobbie, under £30

Machine Mart about 20 quid. Had mine for a few years now, does the job.
