The winter fettle is underway

So far, rear wheel out, rear swing arm out, exhaust and mid section out, belly pan off, front end suspended - ready for front wheel to be removed, fork service booked.....

So - what's coming - new swing arm, new bars, new sat nav and a few other bits......

There is a rumour that I have been cleaning bits as well......

.............. or would it be one on the Green Flag truck that accompanies you wherever you go?

Fork's out for winter
Fork's out forever
Seals been blown to pieces

No more searches
No more height jokes
No more hobbit's dirty looks

Well we got no class

Out for winter
Out till fall
Forks might not go back at all

Speculative bullshit!

Ive now managed to move the family from Cambs to Suffolk, am taking over my new job tomorrow.. I foresee a motorcycle workshop being made from one of the storerooms i'm meant to be taking over.. They don't know this yet.. but they will... :smt003

I have plans to finish a few jobs on the Mille over winter, between bouts of riding it.

Love it mart

And new steps for the mille?

Or is one of those sheds going to have a block and tackle.... Like how the knights in plate armour allegedly got on their tall steeds?

Nah - he's going to train the Mille like a camel, so it kneels down for him

Well the new house has a kitchen with dining room space, the living room also has a dining space (ex yank quarters) soo.. naturally i measured the doors and know i can fit the bike into the dining room.. either of them.. but Her Royal Highness decided i wasnt allowed..
She's allowed her hoover into the house? that has a motor.. so why can my exceedingly more expensive equipment also be allowed in?

No not new steps.. looking at fixing the rear shock mount.. that i meant to do ages ago.. and also get the rear shock refurbed at McT.. then the front forks set up properly too.. then whilst i've got the fairings off I thought I might get the dremel out on a few choice parts of the front end fairing.. and drop the collector off and add a few grammes to it..
also need to source a full bodykit.. race or otherwise.. (cheaply) to replace the current one (and respray the replacement one)

..and sod off with the hobbit height jokes!! Come the revolution... you lot are top of the list.... :smt016

Reason why we are top of the list is because we can reach the top of the list
