BlueFlame Performance - Amazing Aftersales Service

#1 Post by DavShill » Tue Nov 13, 2012 5:11 pm

Here is a very good news story when so many people experience problems with dealers and parts providers.
I run Blueflame Twin Ports on my Falco and I've been delighted with them. This year I noticed a little wobble/free-play on the one of the silencers. Close inspection revealed some small cracking in the end plate where the link pipe connects, and also some movement in the short tubing that marries to the link pipe.

So, I described the problem in an email to Blueflame and got a response within a couple of hours. "Send it in please and well take a look. This type of repair typically cost about £80-£90, well let you know once we've had a look".

I sent it by parcel post last Tuesday so it probably arrived on Thursday or Friday. Came home yesterday to an email saying the repair was complete and had been despatched by TNT back to me. Brilliant I thought what great turn around. The best bit was that the deemed it to be a warranty repair so there would be no charge. Now bearing in mind these silencers have been on for nearly 7 years I think that is fantasitc aftersales service.

It arrived today all shiny and new. So I publicly thank the nice people at Blueflame Performance for great communication and first class customer service. Well done Blueflame from one very satisfied customer.

The joys of companies with shit-hot after sales service. Can't beat it. :smt004
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

A good review holds a very heavy weight to many.
Good to hear of a good honest company.
