Where is the oil filter?

I thought long and hard about posting this... stupid question time:

I am working on a scooter for a friend that has not turned a wheel in 5 years (the scooter, not the friend). I have found all the usual bits.. but there does not appear to be an oil filter? The oil travels from the tank into the oil pump and then out again to the carb. Is it possible there is no filter? Its a Honda SGX50 scooter.

no theres no oil filter you've only got gearbox oil.

It doesnt have a filter for the oil.
