Cheers Mango, that's about all I could think of too, I reckon I'll get some titanium ones for their strength and corrosion resistance and a dob of locktite for good measure

To be honest, the caliper halves aren't under that much pressure. I know people go on about the pressure in brake lines, but that is fluid being squeezed down a tiny hole. By the time the fluid is in the caliper body, it's at pretty low pressure and evenly spread.

Powerhouse ebay seller does Brembo seal kits (no connection).
