original clutch slave seal

#1 Post by joecrx » Sat Oct 27, 2012 5:43 pm

i was in ducati glasgow to pick up some break fluid to top up my clutch fluid as it has started to leak again ,
i do have a new seal waiting to fit , it coat me 12 pounds or so, usining the part number i got from somewhere on this site,

any way i said its not for my breaks its for the clutch slave, no problem he says do you want a new seal , how much ? i said , he said £2 , he has them in stock , and the gromit bit the rod passes through , bargain of the week ,

i also told him my mpl that i did have failed after 4000 miles , no problem im sure i can get the seals for you , ducti owners have the same problem , im sure i can get them for you , how much i sais , "a couple of pound " rezult

i also asked about pots and seal for front calipers , no problem do you need 2 sets , his mate has a falco and and i dont know what ducati it is model also has the same but looks i can get them no problem and cheap
