it took a while for the memory to come back but another on here was up to similar mischief, he used an outfit called Top Yoke Conversions .
They will mill up yokes to suit.
If I was really clever I would have provided a link, I'm not so I have given you a good place to start. Hope it all works well, and in my usual backward style...
