and that you appear to have found a culprit :smt017 .

I think we all know about losing confidence in tyres, I lost all confidence in bridgestone's when rear one let go on me (damp road, very little lean angle)? After that I was always on edge thinking it would do it again.

I did wonder if that didn't figure with your slide? as you are aware "something isn't right" you tense up (slightly) which can then lead to making matters worse, :smt073 Still by the fact you saved it makes this theory unlikely :smt003

Glad you saved it Andy - noone has a magic answer to the confidence thing. I think it's just a case of getting back on getting some miles under your belt. An every day all weather rider like you will soon be back on form I'm sure.

I have to say, i love the idea of turning up to church on a falco. Did you have the devil as a pillion? :P

Its a bit of a trek to go to church! i pretty much live next to lincoln cathedral anyway! (and sunday is lie in day)

Christian or not you need faith in your guardian angel when rebuilding confidence, and it was definately sat on your shoulder when it happened. :smt002
