If having his Honda 'thing' in the shed and his Blata minimoto isnt enough, Ive just had to endure a trip down to Southampton way to pick up another bike for him! At least this one runs and rides well.. A Malaguti RCX 12 Grizzly 50cc, for the princely sum of 71 quid!
A bargain even with the travelling to collect it.

Just wondering if anyone has knowledge of these little crossers? Im trying to find its age. Ive (obviously) got the frame and engine numbers but cant find anywhere on the net to date it from?

Oh and if anyone is looking to buy a decent but ageing minimoto.. I know of a Blata going at a reasonable price (it isnt chinese so dont expect any change from 200 quid)

LOL Nope, it was slightly too big for the car, so had to trailer it back, much to Sammy's joy. Such a bloody poseur.. He didnt want it hidden away in the car as we drove past his mates when we got back... :smt005 :smt005

ahem

in view of the amount of bricks holding the bloody thing up, do you want to reconsider your question about Tim riding it back???

I meant to ask for the bricks.. Could do with them for the edge of one of the flowerbeds. :smt005

Yeah, nothing of any real substance on there, or any of the sites that come up in reference to the bike. :smt009

I'll keep looking when i get back in 2 weeks. (off on exercise tomorrow at Thetford)

Brakes are very good, albeit drum ones. It sounds lovely when its running too. Nice Italian engine beating away.. :smt001 Same as used in one of the KTMs, LEMs and some others too. a bit of a pedigree engine by all accounts and readily tuneable.
