Update: Trying to make a go of it full time now. I'm also doing:
Motorcycle wash: £30 top quality clean, to show room conditions.
Puncturesafe tyre sealants £20 bike application - also doing cars, vans, trailers etc.
Shock Tube rear shock protector jackets £27

It's all on the website: www.shinybikesyndrome.co.uk

I will be offering all of the above at the ClubAprilia day as well!

This bike was treated with ACF50 six months ago, ridden all winter (few thousand miles) and never washed once. It was then bought back in to me to clean up again:

Right then, Shiny Bike Syndrome will be going on the road. I now have a van and I'm not afraid to use it!

What does this mean? If you can't get to me to have any of my lovely services thrust upon your bikes, I can come to you. All I'll need from you is a hard paved area to work on, a water supply and a mains outlet.

Now, obviously I have extra costs to cover here and I'm not going to drive half the day to treat one bike, so if you want me to come to you, get your mates' bikes round as well. The more bikes I've got to do, the further I can travel...

One bike, I'll trundle out 20 miles.
two bikes, I'll drive up to 40 miles.
three bikes, 70 miles.
four bikes, I'll drive up to 120 miles.
You get the picture.

Getting the kit together, just need some work in to pay for it all now, getting a bit fed up living on bread and water :smt004

Roll up, roll up, get yer bikes all nice and shiny!

£60 worth of anodized tat and cheap stickers won't make your bike the best in show, two hours in my hands and your bike will look the absolute best that it possibly can. Save time on cleaning, keep corrosion to a minimum, improve reliability, increase the re-sale value. This isn't a one-off novelty, it's an investment in your bike you will see tangible results from.

Hi Nooj

I contacted you before and sent a message through your site to host a meeting, but as you're now travelling I'll have a poke around forums for folk near me that would want the treatment and get back to you when I have 4 or more bikes. I'll even supply the bacon sarnis!! The venue will be my work place in Oswestry Shropshire, if you're ok with that. How many bikes will you want for that distance?

Cheers

Rene

treatment is really worth while - my bike looks miles better

But young noojella does like a challenge - I tried to catch him out with not cleaning the bike for several months but, bgger me if he did not rise to it!

Perhaps you could leave your bike in a pig farm for a couple of weeks just to see how much he loves it??

(And nooj - small suggestion - discrete sticker to be placed on bikes that owners want it on - "Cleaned & Treated by www.shinybikesyndrome.co.uk" )

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Nooj's working his magic is the business - but come on Pete, yours is hardly a ringing endorsement ..... the local blind-school cleaning your bike with muddy ditch-water would have improved it .... it's a bit like saying the elephant man looks better with a paper-bag over his head .....

That said - nooj did his time-team stuff, excavated Pete's Falco and actually made it shiny.

now now, you know that hanna gets all pissy if we start talking about brown paper bags....

(and best thing is I know she will slap me, then ask what the comment means..... like i am going to say - and then explain the "two bagger" comments....)

I know she wouldn't let him near hers without protection.
Fortunately his AC50 was at hand - waiting to be applied liberally.

.... though you've lost me on the paper bag and badger stuff :smt017
