Royal Enfield Open Day

I dropped in on the Royal Enfield Open Day today - near Moreton in Marsh in the Cotswolds. Had a nice run down - including some tiny lanes with grass growing down the middle and some great views across the Cotswolds.

The Royal Enfield Day seemed to attract a reasonable number ... I think that many must have brought their carers with them and will have needed an afternoon nap before heading home. There's a few on the forum who would have fitted in well.

Parked up next to a Mille-R (and left an ARS card on the seat). Saw another Falco there - same colour as mine but in very standard trim (don't see many like that). Left an ARS card on the seat of that one too - then bumped into the owner. He's come from a Gixer 750 and only had the Falco for a couple of months or so but already clocked up a couple of thousand miles.

Didn't bother with an Enfield test ride - looked around, had an ice cream in the sunshine - then headed for home.

Interestingly, in the shed where they assemble them, there was one Enfield with a sheet over it .... but 2 exhausts sticking out from underneath .... wonder what that's all about.

Took a few pics:

Not sure which of the silver ones you are asking about - the "T" or the "Clubman"

This LINK might help
