I thought I would show you a picture of my rather budget restored Honda XL 600 of around 1986 ish. It still runs very well and is loads of fun in the lanes. Although a bit of a heavy beast for serious of road stuff it takes to the mud very well considering, it's also a cheap bike to run around with.
I have had to finely junk the end can as the rust has about eaten it now. I manged to get a pattern can from BSM in Holland it doesn't look as good as the Honda item but at least it is st legal.

Nice! Looks very clean! You must spend an unhealthy amount of time keeping it that way?!

Looks well Thumper

....it's nice to have a big trailie to escape the roads eh.
I miss my old XR600 and wouldn't mind getting another bike for weekends ....mind you all the good off road tracks I used to visit are swarming with cheap n nasty chinese minibikes and quads!!

Okamoto its a shame but most of the green lanes are gone in my neck of the woods mainly due to the 4x4 dick heads.
Samray if you haven't tried one you must get one they are still around at small money.
kwackerz its surprising how easy these are to keep clean.

I like those discrete mini-indicators.
