If you've bought from KJM, you may want to read the link.

If you've bought a Virago, you may wish you hadn't

(BTW the English starts below the picture)

Complete wankers!

Are Kawasakis not good enough to make fake copies of then? Aprilia too below them? Suzuki not quite up to scratch?

Gits :smt013 :smt013 I mean, why copy a Virago?!

Ah.. Ease of copying..

Slow (Wont show up the inferior engine)
Copy of a Harley (They'll expect it to ride like a dustbin)
It's a Yamaha that isnt really mainstream (So they wont notice the crap paint/poor finish)
It's a cruiser (So it wont get ridden often enough to break down)
:smt019

I assume the person living nearby copped sight of the Chinky crates and took a sidepanel off his to check..

Cnuts trick really. They should be shot.

Yeah - I was looking at them once as their prices were good .... I think that some on here did buy their Falcos from them.
There again not sure it would be worth going to the effort of copying a Falco - Aprilia had to discount the genuine article as few realised what a great bike they are.

That looks like the 125cc version.

I should think it'll be a while yet before the Chinese manufacturers are copying the real bikes - not enough sold.

That'd make sense, although having seen some of the legal SV copies.. the Hyosung Comet, is it..? I wouldnt be so certain that the bigger bikes arent getting cloned... and well... :smt012

KJM's?

It's not illegal to have a website selling bikes.

Theyve been done for the crime, so technically theyre doing nothing wrong?

Cant find their webby by the way.. ?

That was 3rd quarter of 2007 news btw..

Wow that's a worry. I bought mine from there two years ago. They carry a large stock of Suzuki, Yam, and Kawa bikes as well as Aprilia and Benelli. Lots of big and little cruiser types.

I'm fairly confident that the prilla's are genuine - proper log book, homolagation stamp, Aprilia recovery card etc etc...... having said that who the hell knows ..... they could be forged easier than copying and badging a motorbike :smt017

My only complaint was that they were very uninterested when I complained at the first service about flaking paint on the shoe/foot at the bottom of the fork legs. I didn't have the energy to argue about a warranty claim. (there are gonna be hard anodised by Reactive Suspension when it goes in to have the forks re-valved).

Nooj got his from KJM I think - and he's taken his to bits more than once so he'll have a good idea if anything looked dodgy.

When I drought my new Falco from Orrell they said they had supplied some Falcos to KJM in Wigan. So they should be the real thing
