I heard a rumour that Lewis Hamilton tipped off Vale's MotoGP bike...?

Huh? Really? To be fair, that wouldn't be too much of a surprise. They are tricky bleeders - to quote a BSB bloke I was chatting to at the bar at Brands one night "TT bikes are lovely, WSB bikes are mental nutters and MotoGP bikes are just plain homicidal."
I would say that LH *is* used to proper race bikes. He's had a proper go on a few WSB and TT bikes over the years and he owns few pretty trick track bikes too. Theres a rumour that he sneaks in the odd plain-jane trackday during the off season too. But I don't know if that's just a bit of PR. As much as I don't like the effect that his domination is having on F1, there's no denying his talent on both 4 AND 2 wheels. He's not a famous numpty "having a crack'. He can ride properly. And racing is racing. Once a racer, always a racer. It never really leaves you. You *always* want to push.
