I made the most of the empty roads during the world cup final. I didn't really go anywhere but bimbled about on the local B roads for a couple of hours.

I think I was out before (didn't actually know it was on!), went out at 4pm, got back at 6pm and the roads were pretty quiet. Couple of hours bimbling around North Wales, you know you've enjoyed yourself when you get to your halfway point, check your phone and it says you've got 1hr 10min to get home!

I only went out to nip to the bank today. 4 hours later I came home wearing new boots. I hadn't really intended on buying some but I stopped at shrewsbury honda dealers more for a quick ciggy than anything but thought I'd ask a price of tyres while there. Nosing around I ended up trying on some alpinestars smx plus boots. God they're comfy. Left them on to ride home and obviously they needed a proper test

Actually IMHO the nicest thing in those shots could well be the Messerschmitt in the back ground of the first picture...

I thought that too Keith.

Are you guys having a laugh? No no no no no noooo. There was a lot of really nice cars there. A couple of mint Ford pops. Also liked the big el camino.
Italian car and bike night is next Thursday but unfortunately I won't be around for that :(

Went to a street fighter event at the Raven Cafe today. Well over a 1000 bikes there. Two other Falcos one 2000 bike and an 05. Spoke to the owner of the 05 Falco. Nice chap with a tidy bike.
A few pics of the bikes
Bike of the show
A garish R1
Loadsa 'bussas. This one obviously has had some money spent on it
Cracking Repsol blade
Always time for a pic of a Thundercat
A few Tuonos turned up
As did the air ambulance after somebody had an off on the nearby dual carriageway. Haven't heard any news so hope they're ok
Beautiful 748
One of my all time favourite bikes and one of the best looking bikes ever made. The Ducati 1098
And the gorgeous Panigale
And finally another of mine 😊
A good day until some asshole nearly wiped me out on a roundabout on my way home. I was ahead of him turning right he was going straight over. He completely straight lined the island and was millimetres from knocking me off. As I looked over he's giving me the finger. No idea as to why as I'd had not been anywhere near him before. I continued around the island and followed him. Caught up and signalled for him to pull over so I could have a quiet word, or maybe leave the imprint of my carbon glove on his face. He just ignored me as if I was invisible. Traffic slowed to about 20 as a queue formed behind a tractor. I pulled along side and started shouting all sorts. Doubt he could hear me, he just gave me more hand signals. Then he started to swerve out towards me so I sped off. I thought well I've got your plate so I'll find you / report you etc. Upon getting home and checking the plate. It's registered to different car. He was driving a blue and silver Nissan pick up, the plate belongs to a an Audi A4. Now what to do? No point in even reporting it as they'll never find it or him. Fucking pissed right off.

As it was such a beautiful day I thought I'd spend the best part of it hooning around north Wales
The obligatory stop at the Ponda.
