Marches Meet - who's coming Mk. 2

#1 Post by MartDude » Wed May 23, 2012 11:36 pm

This is just so I know roughly how many to cater for on Saturday morning.

As far as I can gather, the undermentioned are coming/probably coming

Keith (HisNibbs)
Bobbi (BikerGran)
Hanna (Jadaris )
Pete (Aladinsane)
John (RandomSquid)
Jay (Blinkey 501)
Phil (Robbo87)
Steve (?Sprint?)
Dave (DavShill)
Jerome (TrailE - Club Aprilia, Pegaso)
UberPikey (AF1, Futura)
Me (MartDude)
Gill (Mrs. MartDude)

If I've missed anyone, please can you post up.

Also, any who've only just decided.

I'll be going to the venue tomorrow (Thursday) evening, so I can get everything set up in good time. So, as I haven't yet succumbed to the siren call of smartphones, I won't have access to RiderSite after about 5.00 - please text me on 07790 705027 if you want to add your name(s) to the list.

Hi Mart - My Dad was admitted back into hospital on Tuesday so I'm afraid I won't make it. Looks like you've got fantastic weather for the weekend. Hope it goes well - sorry I can't be there.

Be there sometime in the afternoon, mostly depending on when I drag my apologetic bottom out of bed.

What does your bottom have to apologise for? Or is that a question better not asked?

I'll be there ... in spirit.
Be thinking of you all and will raise a glass on Sat.
Ride safe. :smt001

We need plenty of pics on your return. :smt003

Well, that didn't work out as planned. A string of petty, irritating, little hold-ups (like my nutty sister being on the phone for over half an hour) got in the way.

However, I shall be be at the venue & setting by 10.30 tomorrow morning.

It was mumbling, I'm not sure, but I think Pete and Faclo were in there somewhere?

i know you love me...

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Well I hoped to be all packed up by now but spent half the day trying to get the rear right indicator to work - when I took the lens off all the parts just fell out! Have bodged it but no idea how long it will last, may be detouring via a breakers tomorrow!

Masters spread thy selves
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
