Squires 6th of June 2025
Posted: Wed Aug 14, 2024 8:13 am
It's been a while. I'm opening an event at squires near Selby next year.
I will post a link to the booking if anyone is interested.
Arrive on Friday with your tent and leave Sunday.
Squires has a cafe on site and I do believe a licenced bar also. But you can bring your own food and beer and fend for yourself if required.
It works out at £10 a night and you need to book in through pitch up.
There will be a ride Saturday as per usual. I've now got the calimoto app on my phone which I can share the route with those with the app if we get split up.
I'm looking to do around 120 to 150 miles through the day with a stop off at hawes for late breakfast and possibly fish and chips in whitby late afternoon or tea time then an hour to 2 hour ride back to the campsite including a few more stop offs. These roads are some of the best there is in terms of scenery being up in north Yorkshire. The pace will be moderate. All welcome regards to any riding ability.
So.........Who in?
