SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITE!!!! doesn't look like I'll be around for this one. Away in America until late on the 19th and due back at work 6/2 on the Sunday. Bloody buggerooootas! Will have already been off for 23 days and only really allowed 21 max so pushing it as it is. Sodding shift work!! Days off the next weekend too
I don't care if you lick windows,
Take the special bus
Or occasionally pee on yourself.
You hang in there sunshine, you're special!

If we borrow the funny BBQ thing from the campsite, I can bring charcoal, someone can light it and we can all bring our own provisions and do breakfast?
Evening meal at the pub OR at campsite for anyone with their own cooking stuff.
Saturday lunch is usually taken during the rideout I guess?
Sorted!
Oh and as I'm probably the only one coming on 4 wheels, I could bring our old frame tent as a party tent - in case of rain you know............

Just in case anyone visits the Clun Valley Camping website, as I did the other day for reasons unconnected with our visit, and sees that it says the sire is closed, I emailed Dawn (the site owner) to check on this and had this lovely reply!
"Not closed to you.
Thank you for your enquiry. At the moment we are not taking new bookings, due to ongoing family ill health.
But, you're welcome to come over, as a part of the Ridersite group or individual. Martin made an advance booking last year, and even though this year it does not include him, all connected with the group are most welcome. I understand that people will be making individual bookings.
Look forward to seeing you and the group.
Kind regards
Dawn

Had a great weekend, there may not have been many of us but it's good to see those that do come, and Jean-Luc as well!
As for the weather - pah, we don't melt in a drop of rain! The poub was warm and welcoming and the grub was great!

Well
The weekend that was, thank you all so much for making me feel so welcome, really enjoyed the weekend, the rain, the hail, the cold, the embers, the crack...
Shame about the weather but we made our own warmth, looking forward to the next one, hopefully I can make it.
STOP FARTING DIETER !!!!!!
Peace and love
