At the mid year meet a couple of us got talking and there are two rides that seemed to gather some interest. One has to be a specific Sunday but the other can be any time, mid week would be best. So:
The Craven Motorcycle Collection at Stockton on the Forest near York.
A private collection of bikes and stuff in a number of sheds on a farm. Very low tech but an amazing collection.
opens only on the first Sunday of every month plus August Bank Holiday Monday

Sunday 3rd July
Sunday 7th August
Monday 29th August
Sunday 4th September
Sunday 2nd October
The second is the Yorkshire Wolds/Dales loop taking in Ribblehead Viaduct. best to avoid sunny weekends and bank holidays but would be great for anyone working shifts patterns that allow a midweek rideout, or us lucky retired chaps.
So let me know if you are interested and we'll try and get these to happen this summer.
