Listen you lot. I've been on 12 hours for the last four days, and i'm tired, so if I don't get it when you take the piss out of me then piss off and organise your own meet in the south.

I started this thread for a meet in this area, so don't confuse folk with different dates and meets.

Now leave me alone to suck my thumb and sulk. :smt089

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

I'm trying to sort out my diary for the end of May for the Aprilia club meet .

A meet at Sherburn or Newark gets my vote too

I'll go with Dave, either would be OK for me, once I get the job list sorted on the Falco and the old CBR1000F. Other problem on my side is that I'm on hols from the 4th of May for two weeks, which effectively rules out three weekends so first free one for me in May would be 23rd/24th.

Still thinking about the 19th April, could then arrange to meet for the Clubaprilia day the following month.
The barge at Newark seems the best place, maybe it won't rain this time.
How about 11 o clock?

You could let Nooj have the bike for a few hours to reconfigure the firing order and let loose with a hacksaw to make a crossplane crank. Sound like a grumpy twin then. The rest is cosmetic!

I'm up for Falken, the barge at Newark (just down the road for me!!!!!) @ 11am opn the 19th Can't wait to see all your lovely Falco's. By the way, what do we call a large group of Falco's at the same place at the same time? a flock, a heard, a shoal, or just a thing of beauty!

See y'all then

I think the collective term is probably a "downpour" .... it would certainly be in keeping with the weather we attract ......

Well it's the boy's 18th birthday on the 19th (and his party on the 18th) so put me down as a provisional attendee for obvious reasons

As I'll be on the Tuono, I'll remember to park a respectable distance away from you lot and see if I get a nice "Over here!" type welcome or a "F&*k off" one (lol) :smt003 :smt003 :smt003

Hopefully see you all then (it's in the diary)

You're always welcome Rich - although you'll have to park it round the corner cos I just know it's gonna be tooooooo shiny :smt002 .

Oh - and didn't we call a gathering of Falcos... a "Barrage" or summat :smt017

Shouldn't we tell Rich that "round the corner" at this meet is actually in the River Trent. :smt009
Only Jokin Rich. :smt003

Sorry Dave but the floating pub is called the BARGE not the Barrage!

What a birthday weekend!
Two of my sons have their birthday on 17th - eldest will be 22, middle one 20 (yep, 2 years apart, same birthday - eldest has never forgiven the middle one for crashing his party!)

..... unfortunately I can't see me getting to Newark on the bike - it's only 2 weeks away ..... maybe if I'm driving by then .....
