Hi all, gonna have to miss the weekend bash. Jaffa and I were hoping to be finished on friday (today) but the materials never turned up until wednesday. Jaffa's got another building project to start on monday and as I'm not back at uni 'til 28th september I have to work with him to bank some money. So sorry to everyone, turns out that the original supplier went under and the customer had to look for another one. Cheers Gordon, maybe you could find me some work with your mate in Libya when I get my degree?!

Have a great time everyone,
Yours a truly subdued

Thanks for the welcome and hospitality guys, I enjoyed it.

Eventually got home about 10.30 due to a closure on the M25 :smt013

Ah ... and before I forget - I should also say that it was a good weekend, riding, chilling, chatting, drinking and just taking things easy.

Great to meet those I'd not met before ... and those I had met were bearable too! Even the Scottish phone-in was a laugh.

A special thanks must go to Samray who organised just about everything, worked tirelessly and fed us all superbly.

Was it good ......

had an absolute ball - even tho I was only there the Friday night. Next meet I'll definitely sleep inside instead of wrapped up in my tent, and hopefully the noisy, heavy blue bitch will be a little less ratty. So nice to put faces to names - and appreciate how the knowlegeable but patient and good humoured personality that comes across in posts and replies does so equally in person (d-rider). would recommend the experience to Any newbies or lurkers. :smt006 [/quote]

Thanks to all for a pleasant w/e. :smt001
Sorry that things my end were a bit last minute this time but it was good to meet so many new faces to put to posts, and as ever great to meet old friends again.

Also good to note that ARS has been truly assimilated. I was afraid they would prevail and it would rain all w/e. :smt003
Hope you all got home in the dry. It turned into a scorcher here.
In the absence of a rideout :smt053 I trust you all enjoyed the trip here and back.(despite the M25 for those that had to)

cheers to the organisers :)

nice to meet folk :)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I wish I could've been there, I still fondly remeber sitting about drinking whiskey and whisky with the Mango boys and girls. Must be sheer luxury having your own barn instead of the back of a truck.
