Great idea for a run out - rustic pub right next to the viaduct too ;-)

Hope this happens!

Yes we should. Can make it longish day ride out or stop over somewhere in the Northern Dales before touring South the next day. Let's see who is up for it in the New Year and we'll get some dates on the diary.

Ok. I will post it up mid January?

Will give the people time to arrange things.

Cheers Dave :smt003

I'd be well up for this (once I get my sussies working together and the TB's synced properly). Depends on work though (my shifts can change at a moments notice!).
Never been to Ribblehead Viaduct, though Ive seen it from afar...
Two is the magic number... ;)

Even if it's just you and me it will be a good ride out Jay. I'm sure a couple of my usual riding pals will be up for it.

I'd be up for it dave but our holiday arrangements have changed at work making it harder to get time off. I only get one weekend off a month but would try to make it.
I don't care if you lick windows,
Take the special bus
Or occasionally pee on yourself.
You hang in there sunshine, you're special!

Looking at my diary I think I'll be proposing a date in April this. I'll post something nearer the time.

So... if you are up for this please post available dates in April (not Easter weekend please), and we'll try and fix a date. I'm thinking of just a day ride rather than a full weekend.

Plan will be to meet me somewhere near Jct 37 M62 at approx. 9.30am and I will take us through East and North Yorks to Helmsley, then West to Thirsk and Leyburn, then on to Hawes and Ribblehead, then down to Settle, Pateley Bidge and back towards Ripon. From there we will pick up the A1 and folk can peel off from there.

Hmm, this could be tempting. You guys decide the date and I'll have to see if I can get the suspension rebuilt in time!

Well easter is from the 3rd to the 6th of april?

So the following Saturday the 11th or sunday the 12th would be good for me.

Ooooo those roads are my regular roads count me in. Sunday the 12th would be good for me or the last Sunday in March.....providing the weather is kind to us.
